Subscriptions

You can easily cancel your subscriptionat any time!by logging into your customer account and clicking the cancel button in your subscription portal, if you don't know how to access this click on the subscription management tab at the bottom of the page!

While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the customer portal or reaching out to our team via the online chat or the contact us page. 

Our Pace gummies come as a Monthly subscription. 

Monthly Subscription - You will be charged upon checkout,  you would then be charged for the next renewal on the 10th day, every month until you cancel.

While we try our best to cater for everyone, it is very difficult to suit everyones taste! Please let us know if you want to swap out an item or return your order for a refund!

To gift a subscription, simply go to the product page, select the subscription option you would like. Upon checking out ensure you put the name and address for the person you are gifting the subscription to into the shipping address and not the billing address fields.

**Be sure to put YOUR details in the billing address fields and not the shipping address fields

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a free return, money back guarantee, 45 days from you receiving you order! The order will need to be sent back with all items. Once all items are accounted for, your money will be refunded back to your original payment method. 

Once you have returned your item We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us and quote your order number given upon purchasing. If your return is accepted, we will organise a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned IF OPENED, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Why cant you use AfterPay with our subscriptions? Unfortunately AfterPay does not allow us to use their services with subscriptions.
